Driven by a strong sense of purpose, Danny has always viewed a career in Financial Advisory not just as a profession, but as a vocation. He believes that more Filipinos should gain a deeper understanding of Financial Planning and the value of financial instruments such as insurance and investments in securing their future.

Through the Leader Get Leader (LGL) Program, he sees an opportunity to accelerate this mission by bringing in capable leaders who can further expand financial literacy and reach more Filipino families. Beyond the meaningful impact, the program also provides an additional income stream through overrides generated from the production of recruited leaders and their respective teams. A clear example of this was seen in COT Maybelline’s December 2025 production, where the LGL override became a significant contributor.

With a goal of becoming a Branch Manager by 2027, building a strong team of quality leaders is essential to achieving long-term growth and success. More importantly, he believes that
leadership recruitment goes beyond skills and performance — the character and values of every potential leader must align with his own principles and vision.
