Danniele Sarmiento is not a stranger to the world of sales. “My mom works in sales,” she explains, “and at a young age, I’ve really seen how much income would come in as long as you work hard.” And so for the fresh grad, joining her mom in the world of insurance was a no-brainer. “I can really see the potential in this career, especially when it comes to my capacity to earn.”

Ever since she started her career as a Financial Consultant, Danniele has unlocked the world of possibilities, prosperity, perks, and purpose her role offers her. “From the perspective of someone earning for themselves for the first time, being a Financial Consultant has really opened doors for me. I have become more confident in approaching people, strangers even, to talk to them about securing their future. And this has led to becoming more comfortable in places where I was once so intimidated to go into like fancy hotels. Today, I can walk in anywhere knowing that I earned my place here. I deserve my spot here because of my hard work.”

And this same opportunity is what she hopes people her age would explore. “I can really testify just how great this role is for people who are just starting out. Your age does not truly matter. If you’re young, you bring with you your enthusiasm and energy. For someone older, you bring with you your experience and network. The winning ingredient to succeed is really just your boldness to come up to someone and share what you know about securing their financial future.”

And Danniele has been winning. Recently she was able to fly to Vietnam as one of her incentives as a Financial Consultant in EastWest Ageas. “It was my first time to fly abroad, and I am very thankful for EastWest Ageas’ support and care. This is the right opportunity for me, and I hope more people will join us in securing the better tomorrows of our fellow Filipinos.”
